A class of Twenty-three (23) students graduated from high school in the year 2000. After their graduation, they never saw each other again, only few of them who lives in the same area saw themselves once in a while.
Y'all know the feelings you have the first few weeks of graduation. You will wish everything goes back in time, because you will miss those moments with your friends. But an adage says " Twenty children can not play for twenty years".
Few years after their graduation, each and everyone of them were now in different states either to study in higher institutions or any other circumstances. Some gained admission into higher institution immediately after their graduation, while some gained admission late. Most of them lost each other's Contact. Only few of them had each other's contact.
Years after years
Most of them were successful, some were popular while some were not heard of at all, but they were living their life. Two of them were dead in which one of them died of cancer.
In 2015, Mary, who was the head girl during their set. She had become the first lady. She married the Governor of a state. She thought of having a reunion with her old friends. Meanwhile Noah who was the senior boy during their set, was a philanthropist and had travelled out of the country. Mary still had Noah's contact, so she summoned him and asked him if they could organize a reunion.
Let's get together
Mary (the first lady) began to search for the contact of her old friends. Noah sent some contacts to her and with the ones she had already it became 14 contacts with her, including Noah's.
Where are the other eight (8)?
She found out that two of them were dead already.
Mary searched the internet for the remaining classmates. Thanks to Facebook, she got the contact of all the remaining friends, it wasn't easy. She realized one of them was in France.
She created a WhatsApp group and added all of them to it.
They were all happy to hear from each other again. Then Noah and Mary told them about the reunion they intended having. They all bought the idea, only Francis who was in France told them he wouldn't be able to show at the reunion. He had an ongoing project, so he sent a some money to them in the planning of the program.
Since most of them were married, they agreed not to come with their spouses.
Mary fixed the date of the reunion. It was November 15th 2015
The reunion day came. They rented a hotel for the day with the influence of the first lady. They all came smiling. Some of them came with their cars.
They were all happy to see each other again. Noah also attended the reunion, he had arrived a day before the chosen day. The joy was too much in their hearts, emotional tears rolled down some of their faces.
At exactly 12:00pm Noah asked Mary to give the opening prayer so they can commence the reunion. After the prayer, they had one (1) minute silence for the ones they've lost on the way.
Noah continued, "toasts to those we lost on the way, though we wish they were here but their memories remains in our heart"

How things have been for them for the past 15 years.
He started the introduction himself, he talked about how he got scholarship to study abroad. How life in foreign country is and how he strived hard to become a successful man. Mary did say her own experience as well including how she ended up being the first lady. They all told their experiences, the good ones and the bad ones.
After that, they played games like they used to do in their secondary school days. They had gists of the good old times. They merried and enjoyed each other's company.
They ended the reunion at night. They didn't want to leave each other. But they had no option than to call it a day. They all agreed to have the reunion every two years.
They all went home with smile on their faces.
