“Healing doesn’t come through perpetuating the lies of the abuser, but through embracing the truth.” There is a truth buried deep inside our heart and soul, a sense of our own internal belief system, when we are ready to listen to the whisper of our own soul, the truth will heal us. On this my own life changing journey, I am walking my own path to find my way back to me without hurting others. We are all of us walking a path towards healing the child within our adult body from a childhood that many were forced to endure.
