Sometimes, it is not a cowardice to admit that you need help. It takes courage— a brave heart to ask for something you are not used to. Just so you know, asking for help means you are brave enough to give yourself a chance. Believe me, there's people out there who are willing to extend a hand and just waiting for you to ask.
