So, Max gets a 3 places grid penalty for the next race. While Lewis does not get any… who do you think is responsable for the accident? Or is it a race incident and should not be penalized? I do think is just a racing incident both drivers were racing and no one was going to back off..

Id have called it a racing incident however by the rules Max had the right of way, but I dont think Lewis could have got out of the way anyway. Max should have shown greater maturity and backed off for a corner or two because his tyres were much warmer and he'd have had Lewis soon enough. Having said that maybe the FIA should have a look at the curbs that were in use. 3 place penalty does seem unfair and I am a Lewis fan.
