Throwing Money At All Things Doesn't Solve It All

You might think that throwing money at been getting older in the shape of cosmetic surgery might be the answer to stay young but it isn't, it only delays things and can create worse problems than it solves. How much better to work on one's mental approach to aging and come to terms with it in a dignified and graceful way instead.

If someone you care about seems distracted, tense, not themselves, then buying them a present might cheer them up alittle, but the better option is to make time to take them out for a walk and ask them about themselves, give them the opportunity to talk.

Throwing money at things doesn't alleviate the problems we face all time it only makes us feel powerful and grown up when instead we might need to stand back and see if we couldn't do better by changing the situation another way.

Sometimes, I mostly appreciate the old fashioned approach of time and attention and finding out things. Like our grandparents, who didn't throw things away and get a new one when something had stopped working, they patiently sat down and tried to sort out what it was that had gone wrong and if there was a way to put it right again.

Oh believe me, spending money at a problem doesn't always work. They do say money is not everything. Assuming we can buy everything we need with money then we will not die, have accident, get sick and others.
