How many times the phrase "get out of the comfort zone" "do different things to get different results" and other similar phrases have been used in such a way that they are taken as a rule of life.

Based on this I would like to say something, the comfort zone is related to comfort, and in principle abandoning it would be to be able to break schemes and advance in search of better results or go further, but then what?

Anyway, he went out of his comfort zone, and now what? Live on achievements? of the effort to achieve something day by day? but when is it enjoyed? It would be like the case of working every day and a lot to get a good car and a nice house, but that car would only be driven to and from work and that house would be used to sleep and little. Now the core of my idea. The comfort zone is necessary, and I think it is more important to think about what to do in those moments where you are not working, where you are not thinking so much about moving forward, but about enjoying the road. They would not like to work the necessary hours and get home, some home and relax, listen to music, eat something delicious, be with friends or family, play a video game, read a book, exercise, enjoy a good shower.

Maybe it's time to break the habit of not enjoying yourself by trying hard to be able to enjoy yourself. Time is worth, how old are you when reading this, it is over, it was in the previous sentence, raise your head, breathe, open your eyes wide ... enjoy.
